Linda HoskinsNAHV Chair since 2020 Linda has over 30 years’ experience working in the community, health and government sectors. She has held many Non-Executive Director roles throughout her career including on community, Arts and social enterprise boards. She has owned and run her own IT consultancy practice since 2012 focussed on not for profit, for purpose organisations. Linda has significant experience in the community housing sector, and a depth of knowledge of the machinations of government, both policy and practice. Board culture, practice, and corporate governance are of particular interest to her. |

Kerry StubbingsDirector since 2022 Kerry has over 30 years of experience in executive roles in the Victorian Local Government sector, not-for-profit service organisations and the Victorian State Government. Her responsibilities have included the planning and provision of a diverse range of community focused services in such areas as children and family services, health, recreation, arts, housing, social planning, and community engagement. Her focus on supporting affordable housing have included building a policy environment for local councils to support the provision of social and affordable housing opportunities in local communities, as well as supporting tenant engagement programs in the public housing sector. Kerry holds board director roles in the public health sector in Victoria and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

Samantha ChallinorDirector since 2023 Samantha is an experienced board director and Committee Chair with proven expertise in governance, financial and risk management. She engages with peers, stakeholders, and management to influence and negotiate positive organisational outcomes and ensure strong stakeholder engagement. Samantha has over 20 years’ experience in senior accounting and leadership roles, and is adept at bringing financial, information technology, risk and project management oversight and governance to organisations through commercial experience in the technology industry, Not-for-profit and public health Government sectors. |

Brad HoskingChief Executive Officer Brad Hosking took up the position of CEO at National Affordable Housing in November 2023. Prior to commencing with NAH he was the Corporate Director at Common Equity Housing Limited (CEHL), Australia’s largest Community Housing Provider by assets, where he managed a broad portfolio across the areas of finance, risk, real estate and organisational development; including human resources, information technology and communications. In addition to acting as CEHL’s CFO he was also the Company Secretary. Brad brings a diverse range of skills and experiences to NAH though his previous roles in construction and development finance, property and risk management, and business development, gathered through executive and senior management positions within the Suncorp Group, ANZ Bank, Swinburne University and the Planning Institute of Australia. |

Hariet BrummelhuisChief Operating Officer Hariet has more than 15 years’ experience in executive roles in the human services sector, including 10 years in social and affordable housing across QLD and NSW, and various roles in organisations providing aged care, disability support, child safety and family support services. Hariet is a corporate services professional with strengths in corporate governance, risk and compliance, human resources, finance, strategy, leadership, business development and transformation. Hariet is values driven and committed to providing outcomes that meet the needs of the community. |

Adam SpeeChief Financial Officer Adam is a values driven professional and joined NAH in October 2019. Adam has more than 15 years of experience in public and private sector accounting positions, including 10 years in Public Sector Taxation and Audit. Adam has significant audit experience in the not-for-profit sector in the Housing, Education, Medical, Redundancy Trust and Disability services. For profit and private sector experience extends to Large Retail, Metal Fabrication, Construction and Property Development, Financial Investment, Mining and Waste Management industries. Adam has completed the Chartered Accountants Program and has 13 years of experience as a Director. |

Matthew CrossleyGeneral Manager – Quality, Risk & Compliance | Company Secretary Matthew Crossley is a senior leader with significant experience in highly regulated, highly scrutinised, and highly complex sectors. Matthew joined NAH in July 2024 after working in banking and financial services where he was responsible for public policy, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in defence industry having held a senior risk and compliance role with the largest privately-owned contractor to the Australian Department of Defence. He also has ten years’ experience in executive government and politics. Matthew is an experienced Director and currently serves on several not-for-profit boards. Matthew has a Bachelor of Public, Master of Business Administration, and a Diploma of Leadership and Management. He is also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified). |
