Affordable Housing Models

To deliver on our mission to facilitate affordable housing outcomes, we apply contemporary commercial business practices that deliver affordable rental housing and home-ownership.

We have an intimate understanding of the housing market, community needs and government policy, further strengthened through our knowledge partnerships to drive research and development, and contribute to evidence-based policy and innovation in delivery. When creating opportunities to improve housing outcomes for the Australian community, our business development team works to align with the right industry, financiers and government departments in partnerships that deliver on our vision and mission. Our success is founded on our ability to facilitate effective partnerships, ensure viable business models, deliver agreed outcomes and execute delivery with reliability.

Over the past decade, we have partnered with many of Australia’s iconic development companies, including Frasers, Lendlease, Mirvac and AV Jennings along with many other large and mid-range developers and builders.

Investment into affordable housing has flowed via three of Australia’s big 4 banks and via specialised credit unions and non-bank lenders. Currently we are working with a number of Superfunds and Institutional investment partners to provide scaled up opportunities into the future.

Governments have supported our efforts through a mix of Commonwealth & State Tax Incentives, Government subsidy and land allocation.

The National Affordable Housing Group consists of 6 specialised companies and 1 Joint Venture SPV. The Group has a reputation for innovation, commercial expertise and strong networking

Above all NAH is a reliable and ethical partner with an excellent track record of delivering agreed outcomes on time and on price.
