NAH participates in the following programs:

Help to Home

NAH are part of the Queensland Government Help to Home program. Help to Home delivers additional housing outcomes for people eligible for social housing. Properties are sourced from the private market and sub-leased to NAH to deliver resident and tenancy management services. Help to Home through NAH allows residents to access safe, stable accommodation whilst a longer-term housing solution is established.

Housing Investment Fund (HIF)

The HIF provides subsidies, one-off capital grants and other support for social and affordable housing supply in Queensland.

Queensland Housing Investment Growth Initiative

This program represents the largest concentrated investment in social and affordable housing. This program provides opportunities for a range of individuals, organisations, developers and community housing providers to deliver more housing for those in need. NAH is proud to be part of this program.
